Exact 5 Steps to Cleanse Your Dog's Body from Parasites & Infections
In this article, we talk about my exact five steps to detoxify your dog's body from parasites, germs, etc. and in turn, boost your dog's digestive health.
I'm often asked by many clients in my consultation sessions on how they can detox their dog's body and make it more robust and my focus is always to work on your dog's immunity through strengthening the digestive tract... first and foremost.

So, what is the number one thing when it comes to dogs and there digestive tract that you can do to make it better and how can you boost immunity by boosting the digestive health?!

Your first point of focus should always be in cleansing the digestive tract since dogs and puppies have a way of eating whatever they come in contact with or sniffing their nose through a lot of dirt, germs and even parasites.

This basically means that our first focus should be on cleansing the tummy from intestinal parasites, germs, bacteria, viruses and whatnot.

1. So, my first suggestion would be that you would always start with diatomaceous earth - this is nature given, 100% natural and safe, effective treatment against parasites, bacteria etc.

Just doing a 30 or 60 day treatment of giving your dog diatomaceous earth everyday in the meal can greatly help boost your dog's immunity, overall health, energy, skin and coat and most of all, can help get rid of the parasites in a much healthier, safer, non-toxic way.

In short,
diatomaceous earth should be your first line of treatment or should I say, the first step in treating your dogs intestinal health if you suspect your dog has some infection that needs to be cleansed.

What more can you do along with this?

2. Well, the second thing I advise you look into is neem - one of the MOST popular and most revered Ayurvedic herb since centuries!.

Neem is extremely effective and yet is very gentle so it does the cleansing job on a day-to-day basis but don't think when I say 'gentle', that it is ineffective - its quite the opposite; it is the most used herb for intestinal cleansing in India.

You can continue your cleansing protocol by adding little bit of neem to your dog's daily meals.

In my dog holistic course that I run every year, I go into more depth on neem and teach more uses of neem for dogs that are not in the article so if you're interested in learning more then you can definitely join my holistic course when it opens up again this year but for now, all I will say is here's a link below to the article - read this and it should get you started.

3. Alongside these two, you can also add in some olive leaf extract for your dogs optimum health. Olive leaf extract offers amazing antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral benefits and can be a great asset for dogs who are prone to UTIs, kennel cough, respiratory issues, candida or yeast issues, and can even help dogs who are suffering from arthritis or allergic dermatitis.

4. At the end, to top it all off, let me give you another bonus tip - this year commit to no processed treats or if any, minimum of one or two very high quality, organic, vegan treats for your dog and other than that, use chlorella spirulina tablets as treats.

Dogs love these little mini green tablets and guess what?!, you will help your dog's body detoxify from heavy metals and chemicals because both of these green gems are great for detoxifying heavy metals from the body.

5.
Beyond these steps, I advise that you start your dog on lots of cooked vegetables and pumpkin puree. There is no substitute for Nature's fiber, vitamins and minerals when it comes to keeping your dog healthy and your dog's digestive tract healthy.

Vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, parsnips, celery, sweet potato, turnips, green beans and leafy greens and many more are all great for dogs and add an excellent way of cleansing the digestive tract due to their fiber and natural water content.

You always want to serve your dog fresh, warm, home-cooked vegetables along with the meals so this should be the most important point when it comes to your dog's digestive health because no matter how much you cleanse your dog's digestion, fiber is crucial to keep it in optimum health and without vegetables, you will again fall back to the same square one that you started before the cleansing.

So, there you have it - my five tips on detoxifying your dog's body and cleansing it from parasites, germs, etc.
